LUNCHEON BUFFET PACKAGE The discounted luncheon buffet package includes lunch for all 4 days of the conference (Saturday – Tuesday) and is highly recommended for convenience and conserving time during the break. Buffet includes meat, vegetarian and vegan options. The hotel restaurant is available for those not participating in the buffet package and for single day registrants. Chicago “Afternoon in the City” – round trip bus transportation will be provided between the Hotel and downtown Chicago on Sunday during the free time period (4:30 to 8:30 PM). You will return at 8:30 to the hotel in time for the Evening Event. The bus will arrive at The Art Institute of Chicago. Attendees can walk or shuttle to museums, shopping, or boat rides on the Chicago River. REFUND POLICY Refunds for conference related fees will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds are possible after 20 June. All cancellations or refunds for room and or meal reservations made with the Hotel are subject to hotel policies and must be resolved directly with the Hotel. |

LODGING |

Rooms at the hotel must be booked directly with the hotel by contacting the Wyndham O’Hare at Tel: 847-297-1234 and asking for the IASD conference discount. Note: we regret that NO rooms will be available at the reduced rate after 20 June 2009. Also our block of discounted rooms at the Hotel are limited to 115 rooms and after that the IASD discount will be available only on a space available basis, so we strongly advise you to register for your hotel room early for the best chance of staying at the Hotel site.
