Register Early for Best Rates • Register now for either the full
conference, or the mini-conference, both held at the Doubletree Hotel in
Berkeley, California. The full conference begins Friday, June 24, and
ends with the Costume Dream Ball on Tuesday, June 28. The weekend
mini-conference is Friday evening through Sunday. Both full and

Cruise and dessert reception.
Online registration for the conference is recommended. When you register

Reserve Accommodations at the Doubletree
• To take advantage of the many
hotel facilities that are complimentary to guests, staying at the
Doubletree Hotel is strongly recommended. To this end IASD has obtained
a special discounted rate for a limited block of rooms, but an early
reservation is advised. For hotel reservations, reserve directly with
the DoubleTree by calling (510) 548-7920 or toll free at (800) 528-0444.
Ask for the special IASD Conference group rate: $119 single, $129
double, plus state and local taxes.

Bay. A small fee is requested to help defray the costs of the cruise.
Extended Stay? • The conference hotel rate can be extended from June 24
through July 4 on a space-available basis for those who arrive early or
wish to stay on to enjoy the July Fourth weekend. Call hotel for
details.
Register for the Buffet Lunch • From Saturday through Tuesday IASD has
arranged for a special discounted buffet luncheon at the hotel. This
luncheon is highly recommended, and is offered at a discounted package
rate of $28 and $52 for two- and four-day packages respectively.
Register now as seating is limited and reservations are required by June
